It seems safe to the imminent launch of Dart by Google raises the question of whether the company’s browser, Chrome (Chromium-based, open source) will be updated, or if instead, they release a plugin for existing browsers.
What is the way forward?
1. The plugin ensures rapid deployment, but may not be the option that optimizes resources, and Google as a company would be authoritarian (see the case of others, which have a large legal department and a few developers).
